Email list privacy

Vlad Jagodnik runs Experimentos. When you join, your email address is used for Lab Notes and updates about new experiments. Enter an address you own and tick the consent box before subscribing.

What is saved

Your email address, signup time, consent wording version and the kind of page you joined from are stored privately on Cloudflare. The list is available only through the site owner's authenticated account. It is never included in public pages, feeds or downloads.

The form also uses a hidden spam field and temporary, keyed hashes of network addresses to limit abusive requests. Raw network addresses are not saved in the mailing-list database. Rate-limit hashes expire after 24 hours and are cleared on subsequent form requests. No advertising trackers are added by the signup.

Leaving the list

Your signup is kept until you remove it. Use the unsubscribe form at any time to delete your address from the active list. The form gives the same response whether or not an address was subscribed.

Cloudflare provides hosting and storage. Your address is not sold or shared for advertising.
